Chinese Medicine has an integrated approach to healthcare, viewing
each individual as a dynamic and interconnected system. Treatments
address disease prevention and wellness promotion, in addition to
supporting symptom relief and underlying patterns of imbalance.

Chinese medicine has broad applications that include:

  • Chronic conditions: pain management including arthritis; managing symptoms of digestive disorders such as IBS; autoimmune conditions.

  • Mental healthcare: Relieving stress; managing insomnia, anxiety and stress-related headaches.

  • Wellbeing:Supporting optimal energy levels, menstrual and hormonal health, seasonal issue such as coughs and colds.

Grace has been practicing Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine for almost ten years. Since graduating with distinction from RMIT, she has worked in Scotland, Melbourne and Castlemaine. Ongoing professional education continues to build and refine her skills.

A trained and practicing Doula (birth attendant), Grace has a passion for women's health, fertility, pregnancy and post-natal care. Grace also has particular interests in preventative healthcare and treating digestive disorders and emotional imbalances.

Grace brings a gentle attentiveness to treatments, paying attention to the symptoms at hand whilst working to address and rebalance the underlying cause.  Her practice is informed by studies in gentle Japanese acupuncture techniques, encouraging the body to engage its own innate healing capacities. Treatments encompass acupuncture and herbal remedies, and may include personalised lifestyle advice including dietary and exercise recommendations.

“It's a deep honour to support people to enhance their wellbeing. My practice centres around treating people to remove the blockages that inhibit their path to wellness and empowering them to maintain this.”
